Saturdays 11am- Sundays 11am including
Sleep in (10pm- 7am)
A support worker/ personal assistant to support me, 24yr old young lady ,to stay safe in my own home with daily living tasks and to help when requested whilst encouraging independence and to accompany me to my activities. I walk fast so a good level of fitness is required
I need a lot of processing time around topics and will need questions to be answered multiple times so need support worker to talk through these issues with me

A typical day
A Typical Day::::
She will get up around 9am , have a shower and breakfast..a couple of chores before meeting a friend, either at her home or at friends house for an hour. Next to her job for a couple of hours at a local pub then a visit to her family( unsupported) before having a meal out and walking home.
Sometimes just chilling and a bath or craft activities/ colouring in. Bed around 10/11 pm then a Sunday morning lie in…
