Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall are recruiting Female Support Workers to join our established Complex Care teams.

This role involves supporting customers across existing care packages in Penzance, Camborne and Redruth, delivering specialist one-to-one care to individuals with advanced clinical needs in their own homes.

Shifts include days, nights and alternate weekends as part of a structured rota within a dedicated 24-hour care team.

At Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall, we support people with complex health needs to remain safely in their own homes through structured, high-quality 24-hour care packages. As a Female Support Worker within our Complex Care team, you will work as part of a consistent, dedicated team, providing specialist one-to-one support and monitoring across day and night shifts. You do not need previous complex care experience. What matters most is reliability, attention to detail and the motivation to develop specialist care skills. This is a team-based role within a structured care environment, where continuity and consistency are essential for the safety and wellbeing of the customer. Due to the nature of this role: Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence Applicants must have access to their own reliable vehicle The role involves travelling between care packages in Penzance, Camborne and Redruth We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position

Complex Care roles vary depending on the care package, but a typical shift may include:
Supporting the customer with morning or evening routines
Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
Monitoring health observations and documenting care
Supporting mobility and repositioning
Administering medication where required
Spending time providing reassurance, companionship and emotional support
Completing accurate records and handover to the next member of the care team
Every shift contributes to maintaining a safe, stable and supportive care environment within the customer’s home.
