We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker to care for our young clients in St Columb Major and Redruth
What you'll be doing:
St Columb Major: This is to support a little boy with a rare skin condition in his family home, doing his dressing and bathing his skin, which is an extensive routine. We will provide full specialist training.
Redruth: This role is to support an 11 year old boy with complex clinical health needs in his family home. Our clients needs include learning disabilities, PEG feed, challenging behaviour, non-verbal, epilepsy and he wears splints.
Shifts:
St Columb Major: weekdays 3.30pm-6.30pm
Redruth: weekdays 4.15pm-8.15pm and Sundays 11am-5pm
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
