We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team across Cornwall.



This rewarding role offers a variety of shift patterns, including day shifts, night shifts, sleep-ins, and 14-hour shifts, with hours available range from part-time to full-time positions.



About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will work alongside the incredible people we support, helping them develop independence, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. You'll play an important role in empowering individuals to live happy, meaningful lives while being part of a supportive and passionate team.

You will support individuals to:

Develop independence and essential daily living skills
Access and engage with their local community
Enjoy social activities such as cinema trips, shopping, cafés, and days out
Participate in meaningful experiences and opportunities
Express their views and wishes, advocating for them when needed
Build confidence and achieve greater independence
