Essential Criteria
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and contribute ideas.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in communications, marketing, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
