We have a very strong team with a growing client base. We are committed to providing excellent care to our staff as well as our service users with continual support for staff needs whether you are just starting your career in this profession or looking to come back and be a part of your community, no two days are the same in care but everyday you will make a difference!

Carers required to work in the Community Supporting Service Users in their homes, to deliver a person centred approach in all aspects of care to include personal care (washing and dressing, showering and bathing), assist with toileting, getting up and/or going to bed, supervise medication, prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shopping, escort clients if they want to go out, and light domestic housework.

Areas can include , Penzance, Marazion, Newlyn, Can be discussed at interview.

Our ideal candidate:
Caring, compassionate, committed, competent with good communication skills, listening and understanding, empathy to peoples needs . The successful candidate must be Trustworthy and honest, flexible, willing to learn, work well in a team but also take the initiative to work alone. Experience is preferred but not essential as all training given with opportunities to progress . Car owner driver essential. Own a mobile phone.
