Key details
About the role
No two days are the same. One day you could be hosting a pamper session, leading musical movement, enjoying an armchair travel adventure, or welcoming therapy animals into the home. The next you might be baking cakes, organising a local outing, playing board games, running a knit and natter group, or spending quality time supporting residents on a one-to-one basis. Our residents have a wide range of interests, abilities, and needs, and we love creating opportunities that bring joy, connection, and purpose to their day.
We all bring different skills to the role. Maybe you're musical. Maybe you're crafty. Maybe you're brilliant at getting people involved. Maybe you're a great listener, love animals, enjoy gardening, baking, quizzes, dancing, storytelling, or simply making people smile.
No experience is necessary. If you have the right attitude, enthusiasm, and compassion, we'll provide full training, ongoing support, and plenty of opportunities for development and career progression.
If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference while having lots of fun along the way, we'd love to hear from you.
