Job Description:
We are a proud, values-led care provider offering high-quality, compassionate care in a professional yet homely environment. Our teams are made up of long-standing staff who are passionate about what they do — many of whom have built their careers with us from Care Assistant through to nursing.
We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to join our Residential Home and Nursing Home teams.
Pay (Weekly Paid)
£13.44 per hour – No qualification
£14.10 per hour – NVQ Level 2
£14.80 per hour – NVQ Level 3
Hours & Shifts
Day shifts only
Full-time and part-time hours available
Shifts between 07:00 and 21:30
Mixture of early and late shifts
Must be able to work alternate weekends
Role Responsibilities
Providing high-quality personal care and support
Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
Building positive relationships with residents and families
Working as part of a supportive and professional care team
Maintaining a safe and homely environment
Residential Home
Relationship-led care in a calm, homely setting
Experience preferred but not essential
Full training provided
Nursing Home
Supporting residents alongside qualified nursing staff
Opportunity to develop care skills and clinical awareness
Ideal for those wishing to progress within care or nursing
Training & Career Development
Extensive, in-depth paid training
Support to complete NVQ Level 2 or Level 3
Ongoing professional development
