Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs, promoting healthy eating habits.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalised care plans.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
