About the role

We are expanding our Complex Care TDDI Support Worker Team in St Austell and are looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join us.

This is a specialist, nurse-led complex care role delivered in a customer’s own home. You will be part of a professionally supported team providing advanced, one-to-one care under clinical oversight.

This role offers the chance to develop extended clinical skills with structured training and ongoing nurse supervision.

This position supports a female customer in her home environment, enabling her to remain safe, comfortable and independent.



Due to the nature of this role:

A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential

This is a female-only role (occupational requirement)

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this stage

Previous complex care experience is not required — full specialist training will be provided.

Delivering personal care with dignity and respect

Administering medication in line with care plans
Monitoring, recording and reporting observations
Supporting mobility, positioning and pressure care
Working collaboratively with the clinical team
Providing reassurance and emotional support
