Pay: £13.62 (weekdays) – £13.82 (weekends) per hour
Bank Holidays: +50% uplift
Hours: 30 hours per week (mix of care visits & admin time/ rota-based working)

About the Role
We’re recruiting a Homecare Team Leader to support our services across Mid & West Cornwall. You’ll work closely with the Area Manager, ensuring high-quality homecare while guiding, supporting and developing a team of Homecare Assistants.
Key responsibilities include:
Coaching, supervising and supporting Homecare Assistants
Leading by example and promoting excellent standards of care
Completing quality checks, spot checks, reviews and care plan updates
Supporting the Area Manager with compliance, safety and continuous improvement
Accurate reporting and administration tasks
Delivering hands-on, person-centred care when required
Working flexibly on a rota including some weekdays and weekends
About You
Essential:
Previous experience in the health & social care sector
Caring, reliable and confident working independently and supporting others
Basic IT skills
Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
Comfortable providing personal care
Desirable:
Experience with rota planning, care planning or risk assessments
NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care
