About the role
We are looking for a Homecare Team Leader to work alongside the Area Manager, guiding and developing a team of Care Experts while keeping the quality of care where it should be.

You will get a full paid induction and ongoing expert training from day one. Beyond that there is specialist training and development, including extended skills such as PEG feeding and suctioning, and support to work towards your Level 3 or Level 5 if that is where you want to go. We will back you with supervision, honest feedback and coaching, and there is a clear route into senior and management roles here for people who want it. Everything you learn with us stays with you and builds your professional record.

Ideal candidate
You have experience in Homecare/Domiciliary and looking to extend your skills & career into a Team Leader position
Essential
Previous experience within the health and social care sector
Experience of homecare or domiciliary care
Caring and reliable, confident working independently and supporting others to do the same
Comfortable providing personal care, including intimate personal care
Basic IT skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
Able to work flexibly on a rota, including weekdays and weekends
Desirable
An understanding of rota planning
Experience of care planning or risk assessments
NVQ or Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
