About the role

Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. We are looking for a Homecare Team Leader to work alongside the Area Manager, guiding and developing a team of Care Experts. This is a permanent role of 37.5 hours a week on a planned rota, with a mix of care visits and paid admin time. You will coach and supervise the team, carry out spot checks, customer reviews and care plan updates, and give hands-on care yourself when needed.

Ideal candidate

You have experience in health and social care, ideally in homecare. You are caring and reliable, confident working independently and comfortable giving personal care. You have basic IT skills, a full UK driving licence and a vehicle, and can work weekdays and weekends. Rota planning, care planning experience or a Level 3 are welcome. If you come from another care setting and are ready to lead, we would still like to hear from you.
