You’ll receive:
£104–£108 per day, depending on experience

A typical day

A typical day might involve:

Supporting morning routines at the customer’s pace

Preparing meals and helping with daily activities

Offering companionship, reassurance, and a listening ear

Supporting household tasks that help the home run smoothly

Helping the customer feel safe, settled, and supported throughout the day

You’ll have paid breaks, clear boundaries between work and rest, and the reassurance of a team that’s always there when you need them.

Other essentials

Driving license required
Previous Experience required

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

Providing personalised care that encourages independence

Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

Preparing meals and supporting with medication

Helping with household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping, and errands

Supporting customers to stay connected with family, friends, and their community

Offering calm, compassionate support during illness, hospital appointments, or end-of-life care

Working independently, with regular support and guidance from the Bluebird Care team
