Ideal candidate
You’ll be:
Genuinely caring, patient, and respectful
Comfortable living with customers during agreed live-in placements
Professional, discreet, and reliable
Confident following care plans and working independently
You must:
Hold a full UK driving licence
Have access to your own vehicle
Have the right to work in the UK
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.

A typical day
A typical day might involve:
Supporting morning routines at the customer’s pace
Preparing meals and helping with daily activities
Offering companionship, reassurance, and a listening ear
Supporting household tasks that help the home run smoothly
Helping the customer feel safe, settled, and supported throughout the day
You’ll have paid breaks, clear boundaries between work and rest, and the reassurance of a team that’s always there when you need them.
