Key Responsibilities
Depending on the days and times you have given as your availability, no two days are ever quite the same. One morning, you might visit someone recently discharged from hospital, making sure they’re settled in, have a hot meal, and everything is within reach. Later, you could pop in to check on an older person living alone, sharing a chat over a cup of tea and helping with a bit of light cleaning or shopping.
In the afternoon, you might accompany someone to an appointment or help them sort through paperwork and online forms. Some days are might be one short visit; others might include a few hours of companionship, all depending on your availability.
Every visit is a chance to make a real difference , helping people feel safe, supported, and independent in their own homes. You leave each day knowing your time truly mattered.

Every role is tailored around the person’s needs, interests, and preferences — creating genuine, lasting connections. Roles range from just a few hours per week to full-time positions.
